The Classicals: MY PULSARs....
This is a Pulsar 2900 from 1972. It is set not with the button but with the setting magnet, which is hidden in the clasp. It can display hours, minutes and seconds.
This is a Pulsar 3100 Date Command from 1973, fully working and minty.
This is a Pulsar Executive from 1975, which uses a small additional LED-Display to show the day-of-week below the time/date-Display. The time display can be activated by a movement of your arm. This feature is called "auto/command".
The slogan of the PULSAR CALCULATOR was
"For the man who owns everything" !!
This watch came to market in 1978 and costs more than 1500 USD.
New in this collection: A PULSAR DRESS MODEL.
These watches started in 1976. They were available in different shapes: Gold plated, solid gold or stainless steel. This one is made of solid gold and is still working after more than 25 years.
Here is something very special:
PULSAR -Watches were manufactured by HAMILTON/USA from 1972 to 1979 .
The brand PULSAR was sold after this to Seiko. Even today you can buy Seiko Pulsar watches. The company Hamilton was bought by SWATCH.
2002 Hamilton decided to produce a watch to the 30th anniversary of electronic wrist watches. This watch came up in a limited edition. It was equipped with a housing similar to the famous first Pulsars:
